APNIC Pty Ltd

2017 – 2019

Beginning in 2017, I led an initiative at APNIC to pilot and then introduce a Product Management framework to the software development team. This culminated at the end of May 2019 in a complete area restructure into three Product Teams for Membership, Registry, and Information Services.

Before switching to full time Product Management, I worked with an external Product consultant and coach to pilot a product approach at APNIC, building a number of MVP prototypes based on user research and testing.

With the successful completion of the pilot, the organization asked me to introduce this into the software development team by cycling through the three product areas beginning with Information Services, Registry, and ultimately Membership when the autonomous, cross-functional teams were introduced in late May 2019.
